FINDRS™ · Guided business-building program
Turn what you bring into a sellable offer.
Know what to build, who it's for, and how to start selling it—with Jass working alongside you.
FINDRS brings together three courses—POWER, PEOPLE, and PROFIT—with one-on-one guidance applied to your business. We move from your strengths to a defined offer, real customer conversations, and a practical plan to earn from it.
Explore the guided program
Let's find your starting point.
We'll talk through what you're building, where you're stuck, and whether FINDRS is the right fit. You'll know the scope and price before deciding.
Talk with Jass about FINDRSFrom $2,000 (Sprint $3,000), three months of guided work. A conversation first. No purchase required to inquire.
The destination
More than an idea on a page.
The work is to develop an offer you can explain, put in front of the right people, and invite them to buy. Along the way, we test your assumptions and adjust based on what you learn.
Where we're working toward
A sellable offer and a clear path to your first or next revenue stream.
Defined in your words. Brought to real people. Supported by a plan to sell and track what happens.
How you get there
01 · POWER
What can you build from?
Identify the strengths, experience, perspective, positioning, and capacity behind the business.
02 · PEOPLE
Who is it for?
Get specific about the customer, shape and price the offer, and decide how to reach the right people.
03 · PROFIT
How will it earn?
Practice the sales conversation, follow up, and build a clearer view of the money you keep.
One-on-one guidance connects the course work to your actual offer, customers, decisions, and numbers throughout the program.
Why guided
You don't have to make every call alone.
A course can give you a process. Applying it to your business is where questions come up: Which strength is worth building around? Is that the right customer? What did that sales conversation tell us?
In FINDRS, we work through those decisions together. You get weekly check-ins and support by email and text between calls, so you can bring the work back to your own situation as it develops.
- Guidance on your offer, audience, messaging, sales process, and numbers
- A sequence that keeps the foundation, customer, and revenue decisions connected
- Space to review what you learn from real conversations and adjust the next step
- Accountability to turn course exercises into business decisions
The work
What you'll build toward.
The exact work depends on where you're starting. These are the core decisions and working documents we tackle across the program:
01 / FOUNDATION
A direction grounded in your strengths.
Get clearer on what you're bringing to the business, how to talk about it, and what you can realistically sustain.
02 / CUSTOMER & OFFER
A specific person and a clear offer.
Define who you help, what you're offering, what it includes, how you explain the value, and a working price.
03 / REACH & SALES
A way to reach people and ask.
Choose where to show up, develop your message, test it in conversations, and create a follow-up process.
04 / NUMBERS & NEXT STEPS
A plan you can use after the program.
Track the measures that matter, see what you're keeping, and decide what to improve as your first sales data comes in.
We cannot promise a first sale or a particular revenue number. The program helps you build, test, and refine a real path to earning, with you doing the work between our conversations.
Fit
Who FINDRS is for.
- You have an idea or an early business, but need help turning it into an offer people understand and can buy.
- You want to work through the decisions with someone who can challenge assumptions and help you choose your next step.
- You're ready to complete the course work, speak with potential customers, and test what you build.
- You would benefit from guidance and accountability as well as the lessons and tools.
If you're already operating with substantial revenue history and need to diagnose what's stalling growth, the starting conversation can help us determine whether a different service fits better.
Your guide
You'll work with Jass Bianchi.
I've spent 17 years consulting with founders and businesses. The work often starts with a simple question that takes real care to answer: What do you have, who needs it, and what would make it worth paying for?
FINDRS gives us a sequence for answering those questions together, while leaving room for your specific business, resources, and customers.
How to begin
Start with a conversation.
Tell me what you're trying to build and where you feel unsure. We'll discuss whether FINDRS fits and where you'd begin.
If it fits, we'll clarify the support, timing, and price for your engagement before you commit.
Work through POWER, PEOPLE, and PROFIT with guidance tied to your business and the feedback you gather along the way.
Questions
Before we talk.
Is FINDRS a course or a coaching program?
It's a guided program built around three self-paced courses: POWER, PEOPLE, and PROFIT. The courses give us the structure and exercises; our one-on-one work applies them to your business.
What will I have at the end?
A defined offer, a clear picture of the customer it serves, a working price and message, a plan to reach those people, and a sales and follow-up process you can use. You'll also know which numbers to watch and what to do next. The market testing you complete during the program will show us what customers respond to and what needs adjusting.
How long is the program?
FINDRS runs for three months. We meet one-on-one for 30 minutes each week, and you work through POWER, PEOPLE, and PROFIT in sequence between our calls. You'll have email and text support for questions that come up as you do the work.
How much time will I need each week?
Set aside 30 minutes for our weekly call, plus time for lessons, exercises, and applying them to your business. POWER has about four hours of lessons, and PEOPLE takes about seven hours including exercises; PROFIT is self-paced. The most valuable work also happens outside the courses—speaking with potential customers, testing your offer, and following up. We'll agree on manageable priorities for your schedule during the program.
How much does the guided program cost?
We scope the guided work around your business, so there isn't one fixed price on this page. We'll discuss the work and give you the price before you decide to join.
Does FINDRS work for my type of business?
The foundations apply across business types: knowing what you offer, who needs it, how to reach them, and how the numbers work. Your customers, sales cycle, and any industry requirements will shape how we apply those foundations. We'll talk through your specific business before deciding if this program is the right fit.
Can I take the courses without coaching?
Yes. Each course is available separately for $297: POWER, Find Your People, and Find Your Profit. If you're starting from an idea, POWER is the natural first step.
Can I start with a course and join FINDRS later?
Yes. You can begin on your own and talk with us about guided support later. We'll explain how your course purchase applies to the program when we discuss your scope and price.
Do I need an existing business?
No. An idea or an early business can be a good starting point. What matters is that you're willing to test it with real people and do the work between sessions.
Will you build the business for me?
We'll make decisions together, and I'll help you work through the course material in the context of your business. You'll complete the exercises, speak with potential customers, and put the plan into practice. That firsthand knowledge is what lets you keep improving the business after our three months together.
What if my first offer needs to change?
That's useful information, not a failed start. Testing an offer shows us which parts customers understand and value, where they hesitate, and what to adjust. We'll use what you learn to make the next version stronger.
Does FINDRS guarantee a paying customer?
We can't promise when someone will buy. Customer needs change, competitors enter or leave a market, and demand shifts. Even a thoughtful offer needs to be put in front of real people so we can learn what they value enough to pay for. That's a normal starting point for every business—not a sign that your idea is flawed. In FINDRS, we build a clear offer, test it in the market, learn from the response, and adjust your next move together. You'll leave with a process for continuing that work, whether your first sale happens during the program or after it.
Your next step
Let's find what you can build and sell.
Tell me where you're starting. We'll see whether FINDRS is the right way to get you from idea to offer to real sales conversations.
