The Rewind

You have a move in mind. Let’s make sure your business supports it.

Whether you’re considering hiring, increasing marketing, adding a revenue stream, changing your pricing, borrowing, or expanding, The Rewind tests that move against your goals, numbers, capacity, and customer journey. You’ll know whether to move forward, change the sequence, or choose a different move — and what to do over the next 90 days.

This is for the decision in front of you.

You don’t need to believe something is broken. You may simply see an opportunity and want to know whether it’s the smartest place to put your time, money, and attention next.

Should we spend more on marketing or leads?
Are we ready to hire?
Should we add a new service or revenue stream?
Is it time to raise or restructure our pricing?
Are we ready to borrow, expand, or scale?
Which opportunity should come first?

The check gave you direction. The Rewind gives you the evidence.

The Next Move Check uses your initial answers to show whether the move appears aligned, needs another step first, or may not be the strongest move available. The Rewind tests that direction against the business itself.

One

Define the outcome

Get underneath the tactic you’re considering and clarify what the move actually needs to accomplish for the business.

Two

Test what the business supports

Pressure-test the move across Leads, Conversion, Delivery, and Retention to identify both the strongest opportunity and anything the move depends on.

Three

Choose the move and sequence

Determine whether to move forward now, adjust the idea, handle something else first, or leave it alone.

What to expect.

The Rewind combines focused pre-work with a three-hour virtual business intensive, then turns the finding into a 90-day plan you can actually execute.

01 · INTAKE

20–30 minutes

Complete a focused intake covering your current business data, website, goals, and the move you’re considering.

02 · ANALYSIS

2–3 business days

We review the intake and supporting information before the live session so the intensive begins with the diagnosis already underway.

03 · BUSINESS INTENSIVE

3 hours via Zoom

Your intensive is scheduled within 10 business days after we receive your submission. We’ll troubleshoot roadblocks, pressure-test ideas, and design the right solution together.

04 · ROADMAP + SUPPORT

Your next 90 days

You’ll receive a written summary and concrete execution roadmap, plus 1–2 weeks of brief follow-up support for implementation questions.

The four areas we pressure-test: Leads · Conversion · Delivery · Retention

How we test the move.

We start with the outcome you want, then work backward through the four parts of the business that determine whether the move can create it. We’re looking for both the opportunity the business is ready to pursue and anything that needs to come first.

Retention

Will the move help the right customers stay, return, or become more valuable — and is the current customer experience strong enough to support the growth you want?

Delivery

Can the business fulfill what the move creates at the quality, capacity, and margin you need?

Conversion

Are enough of the right conversations becoming customers, or could a change here produce more revenue before you add more upstream?

Leads

Do you need more demand, a different audience, or a stronger path for the opportunities already reaching you?

Start with the outcome. Work backward until the right next move is clear.

What you leave with.

1A clear verdict: move forward, adjust the move, change the sequence, or choose a different move
2The strongest revenue opportunity or limiting constraint underneath that decision
3The numbers behind the recommendation, including the likely upside, cost, or risk where it can be measured
4A concrete 90-day execution roadmap, including the priorities and numbers worth tracking from here

The recommendation and roadmap are yours regardless of what follows. You can implement them yourself, hand them to your team, or decide whether you want support.

What it isn’t.

It isn’t an audit. An audit inventories everything. This stays focused on the decision in front of you and what must be true for that move to work.

It isn’t a strategy deck. Nothing gets delivered that you have to interpret afterward.

It isn’t a call built on the assumption that something is wrong with your business. Sometimes the finding is that the move is right. The work is determining whether the evidence supports it, whether now is the right time, and what should happen first.

What it needs from you.

The read is only as good as what it’s reading. Rough is fine; absent isn’t.

What I’ll ask for

  • The move you’re considering and the outcome you expect from it
  • Monthly income for the last twelve months
  • How many you’re serving now, and how many you were a year ago
  • Roughly how many conversations it takes to get to a yes
  • What one piece of the work takes in hours, against what it was priced at
  • How long they typically stay

When to wait

  • The business is still being built and doesn’t have enough operating history to test the move yet
  • Nobody can put an hours figure on the work yet
  • The numbers live in several systems that disagree
  • The person who can approve a change isn’t part of this
  • The decision is already made and what’s wanted is confirmation

If the business is still being built, FINDRS may be the better place to begin. If the information is simply incomplete, say so at the start. There may be a smaller piece of work to do before the Rewind can give you an answer you can trust.

What it costs.

$3,500
20–30 minute intake · 2–3 business days of analysis · 3-hour Zoom intensive · 90-day roadmap

Fixed. It doesn’t scale with how long the finding takes to reach, and there’s no hourly component — the value is in the answer, not the time spent getting to it. Most of the decisions this gets run against are considerably larger than the cost of running it.

What can follow.

Nothing has to. The Rewind is designed to leave you with a decision and a plan you can act on, whether or not we continue together.

Clarity

Three months, fixed scope, aimed at the priority the Rewind identified. The longer-term plan gets built through implementation rather than handed over before anything has been tested.

Momentum

Ongoing support against that plan. Most organizations lose the thread around month four — not because the plan was wrong, but because everything drifts back toward how it was done before. This phase exists to hold the line.

Before you commit to the move, make sure it’s the one your business needs next.
