WHAT REVENUE CONSULTING IS

Find what is limiting the money.
Then decide what to do.

Revenue consulting examines how your business attracts customers, turns interest into sales, delivers the work, and keeps people coming back. The goal is to understand where revenue is getting stuck, what that costs, and which change deserves your attention first.

That can mean reviewing pricing, sales follow-up, delivery costs, customer retention, or whether an expansion makes sense. More activity only helps when it addresses the constraint. A good diagnosis gives you a reason for the next move.

MEET YOUR REVENUE CONSULTANT

I’m Jass Bianchi.

I bring 17+ years in business and marketing consulting, since October 2009, to the decisions owners make when real money is on the line. My work spans positioning, brand strategy, investment, and business development.

My claim to fame? Finding the problem underneath the request. Someone asks for more leads, a new website, or another hire. I test whether that move fits what the business is actually showing us.

I start with the money and work backward through retention, delivery, conversion, and leads. You leave with a clearer view of what needs attention, in what order, and why.

EXPERIENCE & RESULTS

The value of checking first.

75+

Businesses worked with across my career.

$580K+

In unnecessary or premature investment identified or helped prevent.

31

New members added in roughly four months after focusing on recruitment and conversion.

These are examples from past work. Each engagement starts with the numbers and decisions in front of that organization.

HOW I LOOK AT YOUR BUSINESS

Four stages. One place to start.

01 · Retention

Do customers, clients, members, or supporters stay long enough for the relationship to pay off?

02 · Delivery

Does fulfilling the promise take more time or money than you priced in?

03 · Conversion

Are the right conversations becoming paid commitments at a price that works?

04 · Leads

Are enough of the right people finding you and starting a conversation?

I diagnose in this order because a problem later in the customer journey can make every new sale more expensive to win or serve.

WHO THIS IS FOR

A business in motion.
A decision worth checking.

My core revenue consulting work is for established businesses and organizations with a real operating history, a meaningful decision ahead, and access to the numbers behind it. That includes owners and leaders weighing a hire, a price change, a marketing investment, or an expansion.

Bring the decision you are considering, what you expect it to change, and the evidence you have so far. If the answer needs a missing number first, we name that too.
